Job Description:
A company is looking for a Federal Business Development Manager
to lead business development efforts and support the Research &
Advisory Services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to develop a pipeline of opportunities aligned with
company capabilities
Drive the capture process from opportunity identification to
proposal development
Manage and improve the company's CRM system and proposal content
library
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience
At least 5 years in leading large captures and proposal development
for Federal Government clients
Experience with GovWin system and a CRM system
Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of
multi-year capture efforts
U.S. Citizenship and consent to a full background check due to
federal contract requirements
