industries they serve. Kaseya is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Oracle EPM Lead Architect to join our BIS (Business Information
Systems) Global Support Organization. The successful candidate will
be primarily responsible for managing all support aspects of
Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solution
(SaaS), with a particular focus on financial functions such as
Financial Consolidations, Accounts Reconciliations, Planning and
Budgeting, Financial Reporting and Enterprise Data Management. This
role requires a seasoned professional with a proven record of
accomplishment implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.
This position is an individual contributor role, but the selected
candidate will help build and mentor a team of EPM engineers and
production support staff composed of Kaseya employees and external
contractors/service providers. Key Responsibilities Solution
Architecture and Implementation Support
- Assist with the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud
solutions to meet the business requirements of Kaseya's Finance and
GTM (go to market) Teams.
- Assist and participate in the configuration and customization
of Oracle EPM modules, including Financial Consolidation and Close,
Accounts Reconciliation, Planning, Profitability and Cost
Management, Enterprise Data Management and Freeform (or
Essbase).
- Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM with other enterprise
systems and data sources.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including
technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and integration
blueprints.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EPM
applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues
or bottlenecks.
- Implement and oversee data security and compliance measures to
protect sensitive financial information.
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants to address
technical challenges and optimize system functionality. Leadership
and Mentoring
- Offer subject matter expertise and technical guidance, as well
as mentoring to a varied group of EPM developers, production
support team members, and other employees.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment,
promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance,
and business units, to align project and support initiatives with
organizational goals. Process Optimization and Innovation
- Work with the EPM Product Management team to continuously
evaluate and improve Oracle EPM processes and workflows to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM features, updates, and
best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization of
financial processes using Oracle EPM tools. Our desired candidate
will have: Technical Skills
- Extensive experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including
Financial Consolidation and Close, Accounts Reconciliation,
Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Enterprise Data
Management and Freeform (or Essbase).
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Oracle EPM
architectures and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems, with the
ability to translate business requirements into technical
solutions.
- Experience with data security, compliance, and governance in
the context of financial systems. Leadership and Management Skills
- Proven record of accomplishment in leading and or influencing
diverse teams, including application developers, production support
staff, and both permanent and temporary employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation, continuous
improvement, and professional development within the team. Work
Experience and Education
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in implementing and
managing Oracle EPM solutions, with a focus on financial
functions.
- Experience with large-scale Oracle EPM projects and managing
cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing financial processes and
systems using Oracle EPM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems,
finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM, such as Oracle
Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service Certification. Why
