Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Full Time Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
Research and provide accurate account information while notating accounts appropriately
Resolve complex issues related to shareholder accounts and transactions

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
Minimum 1 year experience as a call center agent
Able to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
Experience in the finance industry preferred
