Job Description:
Washing crockery, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc;
? Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and individual
work area;
? Assist with food prep task, i.e. peeling potatoes, carrots,
etc;
? Assist with the reception of supplies, stocking shelves, general
cleaning;
? Assist with set-up and/or tear down if asked;
? Wash, dry and fold laundry in the morning
? Mop back of Kitchen floors
? Ensure proper sorting and disposal of garbage, compost, and
recycling.
? Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by other Cirque
Kitchen Manager and Head-Chef.
? Ability to move quickly with good attention to detail, organized
and neat appearance a must.
? Experience in using dishwasher machines in a busy environment
