Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1 year of Customer Relations
experience
Working knowledge of computers, software, and telecommunications
systems
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables

Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, and
writing)
