Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Lead responsible for
overseeing the deployment of technology solutions in the
telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate implementation efforts for various telecom
applications and systems
Manage client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
throughout the implementation lifecycle
Collaborate with multiple departments to align and coordinate all
aspects of the implementation process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology,
Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a functional or technical lead in complex
systems implementation
Strong hands-on experience with the Genesys framework and PureCloud
solutions
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g.,
Agile, Scrum)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster
(CSM) certification is preferred
