Do you have a dynamic skill set both in front of and behind the lens? Do you have a strong work ethic and organizational skills? We are seeking talented creators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fragrance, social media-savvy, and have a knack for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. We are looking for a candidate who brings energy to the studio every day, eager to create content, in-front of the lens and behind the scenes. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, competitive and natural leader.Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and execute creative and original content ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.- Create high-quality content- for Lelior's social media platforms, including; Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.- Collaborate with our marketing team to align content efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.- Utilize feedback and analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum reach and impact.Requirements:- A strong, vibrant and creative personality- Proven experience creating and managing engaging content for social media both long and short form video creation.- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.- Ability to produce content quickly with little direction and adapt to a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Passion for fragrances and a general understanding of the beauty industry is a plus.Work Hours:- Full-time, part-time and free-lancer positions available.- Standard working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.Compensation:- Pay is $25/hr -- Weekly direct depositHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and portfolio or example of their work to ryann@lelior.comJoin us and become a part of a creative team where your ideas mean more than just possibilities.
